Additionally, it is suitable for speck and cured hams, including those with the distinctive mandolin shape.<\/p>\n<p>Products can be <strong>cut crosswise, in half, or into slices<\/strong>, or simultaneously in both the crosswise and lengthwise directions using the T-blade, all in a single operation. As with other FAVA GIORGIO AXEL portioning machine models, each product is <strong>measured lengthwise<\/strong> to ensure maximum precision.<br \/>\nThe system <strong>ensures excellent results<\/strong>, even when there are initial or final trimmings, and provides the option to control portion lengths for products packaged with a thermoforming machine. <\/p>\n<p>Loading can be done by placing the products either directly onto the loading surface or onto a conveyor belt if the machine is equipped with an automatic loading system. It is also possible to load stacked products, such as flat-cut pancetta. <\/p>\n<p>Cutting is performed mechanically, unaffected by the product\u2019s resistance, even when rind is present.
