The machine measures the length of the product and <strong>cuts it to a fixed size<\/strong> or by <strong>division into equal parts<\/strong>, with or without trimming.<\/p>\n<p>The cut is made with a crank mechanism that allows a gradualness of blade insertion, whatever the hardness of the product.<br \/>The resulting portions are transferred to downstream stations, such as our automatic bagging machines for taped bags.<br \/>The <strong>hygienic design<\/strong> makes the machine easily sanitized, suitable even for products that require more attention, such as cooked products.
