Technical assistance
Our technical service department offers onsite support, online support and telephone support. Our staff is continuously trained so that they are able to service all machines produced in the more than 45 years of operation as well as mechanical components that pneumatic, electrical, SW, etc.
We also offer a remote or “on line” service that is carried out with a specific software that our customers can download for free on smartphones, tablets or smart-glasses. With this SW, our technicians can share screens with the customer’s technicians, sharing diagrams and images that highlight to the customer the points on which to intervene to solve the problem.
No machine built before 1996, the year in which the Machinery Directive was adopted in Italy, can be CE marked, but it can equally be updated to comply with current standards. OUR TECHNICIANS CAN RECOMMEND AND PROPOSE THE NEEDED UPDATES, ALSO AND ESPECIALLY FOR what is required by DPR 81.
To provide the best service, OUR TECHNICIANS ARE TRAINED AND CONSTANTLY UPDATED ON THE MACHINERY DIRECTIVE, THEN ON THE CHANGES OF THE MACHINERY DIRECTIVE OVER THE YEARS and the consequent updates required for previously CE marked machines.
