The system ensures excellent results, even when there are initial or final trimmings, and provides the option to control portion lengths for products packaged with a thermoforming machine.
Loading can be done by placing the products either directly onto the loading surface or onto a conveyor belt if the machine is equipped with an automatic loading system. It is also possible to load stacked products, such as flat-cut pancetta.
Cutting is performed mechanically, unaffected by the product’s resistance, even when rind is present. Special clamps ensure the product is held firmly in place during cutting; the blade also oscillates forward during the return stroke to avoid unnecessary contact with the product.
