The convenient loading belt enables precise positioning of products in the clip removing stations. At each station, the two de-clipping heads lean against the product, minimizing product removal, for the best aesthetic result, even with partially recessed clips. The products are then transferred to the cutting device, if present, which divides them into two parts of equal length and/or equal weight, depending on the characteristics of the product, and then transfers them to subsequent processing.
The clip removing heads and cutting unit are equipped with easily replaceable parts to adapt to the size and shape of the products and to achieve the desired result.
Products can be from 30 mm to 240 mm in diameter and 250 mm to 1,200 mm in length, depending on the model, and productivity from 15 to 30 pcs/1′.
The DSAL-R model for cooked or roasted products in netting, performs the removal of the clips and the corresponding portion of the netting, whether elastic or non-elastic, in sizes width from 120 mm to 240 mm, height from 120 mm to 180 mm, and length from 250 mm to 600 mm. Productivity is 12 pcs/1′ or 24 pcs/1′, in versions with one or two de-clipping units.
An operator panel enables machine management and provides operators with information for operation and maintenance. The control PLC allows connection with the company's management system, for production scheduling and product tracking, and with our remote technical support service.
