Semi-automatic portioning machine
For products of maximum dimensions mm 280 x mm 600 or mm 1,000 (depending on model) x h mm 180, is capable of cutting according to one or two directions.
Self-centering guides, clamping systems, and oscillating cutting blade make the machine extremely flexible and suitable for all products. The machine measures the length of the product and cuts it to a fixed size or by division into equal parts, with or without trimming.
The cut is made with a crank mechanism that allows a gradualness of blade insertion, whatever the hardness of the product.
The resulting portions are transferred to downstream stations, such as our automatic bagging machines for taped bags.
The hygienic design makes the machine easily sanitized, suitable even for products that require more attention, such as cooked products. Operating modes are stored in recipes accessed from the operator panel or remotely.
Automatic portioning machine
Similar to the previous one, with loading belt and automatic introduction of the product into the cutting area, with transfer.
Fixed-weight portioning machine
Similar to the previous ones, is equipped with weighing and vision systems for calculating product volume and defining the correct cutting positions, either transverse or transverse and longitudinal.
Manual portioning machine
Suitable for small productions, it performs cross-cutting of products, in halves or parts, referred to an adjustable reference mark; loading and unloading operations are manual.
Like all our machines, it is safe and easily sanitized.
